Erebus in the Balance

Erebus in the Balance (EitB) is a project I'm working on in my spare time.  It is a balance and polish mod for the Fall from Heaven 2 Mod for Civilization IV: BTS.  The mod is hosted at ModDB, and I solicit feedback and ideas at Realms Beyond.
